EICR's checked, not just stored

With True Compliance, EICRs are processed automatically and validated against your rules. Any failure is flagged instantly, and every defect is automatically turned into a clear, prioritised action without manual review.

Your Certificates Validated Automatically

EICRs are automatically read line by line and checked against your pre-defined acceptance rules. Anything non-compliant is rejected instantly, no muss no fuss.

Defects Turned into Actions

When certificates highlight issues, these actions are extracted, prioritised and assigned automatically. No more manual interpretation.

Compliance, defined by you

Set your own rules, thresholds and workflows. When remedial work is completed, valid certification provides the proof and the system closes the actions automatically.

Rules Built Around Your Organisation

Let us handle the statutory requirement checks for you. Leaving you time to check any number of other individual requirements and set automatic workflows and priorities for those actions.

Actions Closed with Proof

With a valid EIC or EICR certificate, you have proof of the work that has been completed on site and our system automatically closes the relevant electrical actions.

Electrical Safety FAQs

Will I receive PAT reminders?
Yes, our tools will automatically extract information from your PAT documents about expiration and renewal dates, ensuring that your devices can be regularly tested within the compliance timeframe. Your certificates will be stored automatically against the relevant property so that they are easily accessible in the event of an audit, investigation or emergency.
The True Compliance system is cloud based which enables it to be well-supported by updates and ongoing support to ensure full compliance with regulatory changes.
Our cloud-based management system ensures that all of your pertinent documents are safely and securely stored in one centralised location. Our clever tools also extract information directly from your compliance documents, helping to reduce the burden of admin whilst also helping to ensure your properties are kept safe and compliant.
Electrical compliance is designed to set a safety standard in place that minimises the risk of injury or property damage as a result of electrical shock, faults or fires.
New build properties will require an EIC, which stands for Electrical Installation Certificate. If the rental property is a new build or has been completely rewired, you will require an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) after five years after the EIC was issued.
The electrical safety check will involve a survey of the state of the property’s electrics, including but not limited to the fuses, wiring, sockets and switches. The check will expose any problems with the electrics.
Whilst this is very dependent on the size of the property and the accessibility of the electrics such as the fuse box, typically an electrical safety check will take three hours for a normal sized UK house.
Rates will vary significantly across the country and will also depend heavily upon the size of the property.
